DAY 5

OHhH...WOOSA ! woosa...sa.aaa.. time past, still got a wk to go siaz... 昨天...过的很快, buzi takin the hrly parameter, dot down clinical chart... do manual vital signs..blar blar blar... 'cos the machine 有点怪怪的...不能measure the patients BP / SPO2 so hav to do de other wae lorr... but it's fun larr... can actually trained to get a accurate reading..ytdae got quite a few no. of new admissions...so far i onli 2 admissions orientation niaz.. i tried if next wk got new patient.. i goin to do it my own...haha.. 我对一个病人感到很同情... 'cos he got cardiac probz..so have to take his BP/PULSE/SPO2/RESPIRATION...every 15 mins... and i hav to come in out of the rm.. he couldn't sleep, as every 15 mins he was interrupted by me... he's at the mid-case, so has to montior his condition... as we afraid the temperature may increase anytime... but 还好! 他了解...自己的状况, ...accept tis treatment ar... =)

Bed 12A, had transfered to the nursin home... he's a very 乱, 复杂, AP type ...all nurses dun dare to b near him..'cos u dunno wat he will do.. and his condition may changed anitime... sometimes..very 听话....有时, 你没有得罪他...他就开始发疯... dot dot dot... PSYCHO siaz!!..den ther was tis staff nurse asked him to sign on the discharge form.. 他死都不要...还scold the nurse man~ WAH LIAO... 感觉他.精神状态..有些失控... even our clinical instructor.. also cant ta-han.. 'cos he helped him to bandage his wound..and he kept remove it awae for several times...haiz.. 真是没IDEA! hee.. We those attached to CGH 1.. 有钱拿lehh... one dae 10 bucks.. so 2 wks..hmm..$100 liao lorr... GREAT!!.. although... is a very long hrs... 长达 8 hrs... but 每当我想到生命的重要... 任为, 助人为乐的道理..

SHIT U!!!... U TIS SHORTY DOC!!!不要以为你读的书比我们多...就 ACT-SEH... 乱指责人... UR DAMN BLOODY H.L siaz... even the patient also不上看的不爽... WAT THE HECK!!.. 自以为了不起.. 假到!~~~ 很COOL IZZIT..???! siao... 我觉得你的智商 100% very LOW... tat's y u dunno how to 已人相处...and cause alot of 问题... 是你自找咯~ bleah =/ also ther's another thing... 我发现... 病人的 family... onli listen to doctor and senior nurses... lyke 我们 those student nurses.. they D.G.A.D... 因为我们只是实习...不够 professional... ???!! but all these hav to come wif practices de lor...not every1 born to be...什么都会... cos.. 我们都是不同父母生的吗??!!.. i told u the doc wants the BP to retake again.. u sae wait ...patient still having dinner...i wnt out and informed the doc, but she saes hav to...NOW!! URGENT!!..and i went in again.. 刚好, 有staff nurse在那边.. i told her doc wants to knoe the client condition urgently b4 goin ani further...and she sae dun interrupt.. he not yet finish his food... KAO!!!!! 我快CMI... 要等HOW LONG siaz... 我没有办法...只好叫医生自己来出面... OH MAN~ 为什么...人都那么现实... doc wants the same thing as wht i told... and the moment the doc came in and speak... they listen and immediately stop havin the food... and 乖乖让我们do the BP.. (-_-!!!) ee-e-yer~ jus now the BP was low.. so the doc want'd me to take... after tat, she ...herself double check again... 果然是!!.. 我没有弄错... SEE!!.. don think we student nurses everything dun knoe.. 不要小看我们!!.. LOLX...

那晚.. shuying and me.. went to kit-chat wif an old lady... 她很抱歉...麻烦我们帮她清理排泄物..etc.. we told her not to feel sorri.. 'cos 她病了...才会入院... 看到她的样子... we can see she's very辛苦... her body is very weak.. and make her no strength to do anithing.. she afraid she might happen tis again.. even if she is hungry or thirsty, she avoid it... 看到她这样...心里很难受...但为了健康...一定要坚持到最后...u can manage de...

On the wae bk home... aishah, shuying, tuo di and me... 一起walked to the MRT...on the train... no one dare to sit beside nurses... WHY HUH??!!.. afraid we got SARS izzit??!!..liao~ 怕 germs huh.. and die st.awe ar?... nvm.. i will help u handle ur las office 1...HAHAHHAHA!!!... 很现实的... even if the train... is empty.. u saw a sit beside... 死死...都要 walk to the other side..n sit.. 什么意思吗你??!! ther was once... 我和aishah 打赌...den at 莫一个station.. there was tis lady...abroaded in... the train was full of pplz.. i think b'cos she also dun wan to 人挤人...so chose to sit beside aishah... 爱沙 (aishah)...看着我.. and i looked back.. and told her...HAIZ... BO-BIAN... lolx.. and we laughed out siaz...ohhh~~ gosh* 形象...形象...!! i wearin NYP- nurse uni man~ but aniwae ..who care??!!.. 我们也有好玩的时候lehh... kekeke* ...
