time past.. .. it's alr de' fifth dae a.k.a LAST DAY i'm at sgh A&E. hmm.. somehow i quite miss the BUSY[-ness].. de..LOL!.. have get to noe more friends ther, and coming up all of us will b tgt.. havin the same shift for our next posting @ operating.t ...soundz great.. but how will it be lyke.. i shall let u guys noe again... haa..
well..these days, our preceptor taught us many things .. we learnt alot during our shift.. ahuh,yah.. reminded me of ytdae!!.. i was in the resus n critical area wif siti n virg..
Kao!! it was totally chaos sia.. sooooooo busy n messy.. a S.N walked to us .. n said "now..it's realli the time u call it A&E.. ." .. frm 11am onwards,.. cld c nurses n doc rushing in/out of the c.c.a...omg! there were pt c/o pain .. s.o.b..., abd/ chest pain..etc. i did many of the 12leads ecg.. den showed to the doc, getting them to sign.
Our C.I, he's gd... made us observed things ard us n discussed wif us on pt care 'cum interventions.. wahh.. there's still many things to learn along the way. .JIA YOU oOo!! so while we're abt to sign off frm wk... a S.N[senior?..] came to us after his shift.. n taught us on ECG[the purpose/cal/etc..] He's a nice man... . Hahaha~ lyke if we gt doubts or anything not sure of, he will explain to us very very patiently n esp when he was toking abt the cardiac.. all his bio thingy will come out[ 4chambers- r/l atrium; r/l ventricular..blar blar blar.. ].haa,... we think realli hard seh.. squeezin in our brain juice n recalled wat 've taught us during our yr1-2.. lol..wat the??!..
